Animal Farm

Today, Upper Elementary went to see Soulpepper’s production of Animal Farm. This provided a nice opportunity to fulfil what we call “going outs”. The purpose of going outs is to connect the curriculum to the larger world outside the classroom. They recently completed an in-depth novel study and presentation on Animal Farm, so the timing of Soulpepper’s production was perfect. Their reviews of the play are due on Tuesday so stay tuned but the general comment was “catch it before it’s gone!”.
